PrivaCycle is an on-device menstrual-cycle logging and educational estimation tool. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting your entries.
Do not use PrivaCycle to diagnose or treat a condition, to determine whether you can become pregnant, or as contraception. Period, phase, fertile-window, and ovulation timing are estimates based on dates and averages and can be wrong, especially with irregular cycles. Seek qualified medical care for severe, unusual, or concerning symptoms and for decisions about pregnancy or contraception.
PrivaCycle is free to download. New customers must start a yearly auto-renewing subscription to access the app. The subscription includes a 3-day free trial for eligible customers. Unless canceled, the trial converts to a paid subscription at $19.99 per year in the United States. Apple shows the applicable localized price before confirmation.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for successive one-year periods unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends at the then-current yearly price shown by Apple.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in iOS by opening Settings, selecting your name, and selecting Subscriptions. Deleting PrivaCycle does not cancel the subscription. Apple administers payments, trial eligibility, renewals, cancellation, Family Sharing eligibility, restoration, and refunds under App Store terms.
If you previously purchased the PrivaCycle Lifetime Access in-app purchase, you retain lifetime access and do not need the yearly subscription. If you acquired PrivaCycle as a paid App Store download before the transition to a free download with subscription, you also retain access without the yearly subscription. Grandfathered access is validated through the applicable Apple ID and App Store receipt and may need to be restored through Apple.
We aim to keep the app reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact predictions, compatibility with every device configuration, or preservation of locally stored data. Keep exports or system backups if needed.
Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law permits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivaCycle is provided “as is.” Futuron Inc is not liable for decisions made from cycle estimates or for data loss outside obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
